Shipping/Returns
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@vanityvision.com
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any external damage on the packaging you should take pictures and refuse the merchandise. Make a notation of the damage on all copies of the carriers Bill of Lading. Have the driver sign all copies to acknowledge the notation and ask for a copy. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send at least 2 photos to returns@vanityvision.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. For extra safety take pictures of all sides and corners of the packaging.
In the event you have signed for a shipment and there is concealed damage do not throw away the packaging materials or cartons or there will be no basis for a claim. Contact us immediately (no more than 48 hours after delivery).
Returns:
At Vanity Vision Pro, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our bathroom vanities. To facilitate a smooth return process, please note the following guidelines:

Original Packaging: Ensure the product is in its original packaging, unaltered, uninstalled, and in unused, resellable condition. All packaging materials must be included to guarantee the safe transport of the product.

Prepaid Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for prepaid return shipping. We recommend using a reliable shipping method and providing accurate return tracking information to avoid delays in reporting the receipt of the item.

Return Timeframe: The return must be initiated within 7 days (Legion Furniture) after the delivery of the product to qualify for a refund. For all other brands the return window is 30 days from the delivery date.

Refund Conditions: Upon receipt of the returned item in good condition, a full refund (minus the original shipping cost) will be issued. Please note that select products may be subject to a 15% restocking fee (Legion Furniture).

Return Shipping Fee: Return shipping costs will be applied and deducted from your return. The specific costs will vary based on the location of the return, the size of the return, and the chosen return method. Any service charges or shipping fees collected during the order placement will be factored into the return.

Error by Vanity Vision Pro: In the event that the return is a result of an error by Vanity Vision Pro, original shipping charges will be fully refunded.

Buyer's Remorse Returns: For select products (Legion Furniture) returned due to "buyer's remorse," a 15% restocking fee may apply, along with the customer being liable for return shipping costs, and less the original shipping cost.

Cancellations & Refunds:All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a 15 - 20% restocking fee (Legion Furniture purchases), whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. Refunds may take up to 14 days to be processed.
